Thao Dang Wins Top Residential Broker of the Year Award at Structures 2006

Last night, on the top floor of the prestigious Sobrato Almaden Building, Silicon Valley’s leaders in the real estate industry gathered to honor the best projects and brightest stars of 2005-2006. Thao Dang won the Residential Broker of the Year Award over Tim Allen of Coldwell Banker and John Pinto of Realty World. In his acceptance speech, Thao graciously congratulated his co-honorees. He also thanked his wife and colleagues for their hard work and support throughout the years.
Winners were selected from finalists in 15 real estate development-related categories:

- Residential development of the year
- Affordable housing development of the year
- Commercial broker of the year
- Commercial brokerage of the year
- Residential broker of the year
- Residential real estate firm of the year
- Redevelopment/public project of the year
- Mixed-use project of the year
- Architecture/design project of the year
- Contractor of the year
- Subcontractor of the year
- Property and facilities manager of the year
- Green Project of the year
- Developer of the year

Thao Dang began his real estate career in 1982. After earning his license, he joined Century 21 Alpha Homes and started selling single family units and condominiums. Thao and his four-member group at Century 21 Alpha Homes & Estates have ranked No. 1 team in the US for Century since 2001. Besides keeping busy with his day job, Thao supported numerous non-profit organizations, including the Salvation Army, The Vietnamese Real Estate Association and Viet Heritage Society.
